Your above-entered data will be transmitted to USAC in a secure manner to enroll you into the ACP benefit. ACP is a government program to reduce your household’s Internet bill by up to $30.00 per month. The remaining portion of the bill, if any, will be your responsibility to pay. If you do not pay your bill for 90 consecutive days, your household will have its service disconnected. Your household may receive one ACP benefit from any participating service provider of your choosing. Your household may transfer the ACP benefit to another participating service provider. You will be subject to SyncWave’s general terms and rates if ACP ends, you transfer your benefit, or upon your de-enrollment from ACP.
