The federal government has created the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) to help households save money on their Internet costs. The program provides up to a $30.00 per month discount to qualifying households. This discount can be applied against any Internet bill from a participating provider.



Apply your ACP discount to SyncWave

You may apply your benefit to SyncWave. You must be qualified first through the National Verifier before you can enroll in ACP with SyncWave. Once you are qualified, please complete the form below for SyncWave to enroll you in ACP.

Your above-entered data will be transmitted to USAC in a secure manner to enroll you into the ACP benefit. ACP is a government program to reduce your household’s Internet bill by up to $30.00 per month. The remaining portion of the bill, if any, will be your responsibility to pay. If you do not pay your bill for 90 consecutive days, your household will have its service disconnected. Your household may receive one ACP benefit from any participating service provider of your choosing. Your household may transfer the ACP benefit to another participating service provider. You will be subject to SyncWave’s general terms and rates if ACP ends, you transfer your benefit, or upon your de-enrollment from ACP. You have a right to file a complaint with the FCC’s Consumer Complaint Center at https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us .
